Membership

Our immediate priority is to make the Legends Lounge the heart and home of the STFC Museum. We have already started by installing the timeline and Hall of Fame, but most of the walls are still empty.

We estimate it will cost £10,000+ to do the rest of the room properly. With your help, we can hit this goal and give our history the home it deserves. We’re building a space where every fan can feel proud to grab a drink and relive the club’s greatest moments.

Why Your Support Matters

By becoming a member, you are helping us create a professional museum space and reach official accreditation. Getting accredited is a huge milestone – it proves we meet national standards and, most importantly, it opens the door to much larger grants and future funding.

We need to raise these funds to reach several big goals:

• Mapping Our History (1879–Today): We want to hire a professional designer to use the remaining wall space to chart the club’s story. We will map everything from our founding to the present day, leaving room for the history we are still making.
• Professional Displays: Accreditation requires us to keep our items safe. We need high-quality, secure display cases and professional lighting so we can bring trophies and rare artefacts out of storage and put them on display.
• A Space for Everyone: Because the lounge is on the ground floor, it is fully accessible. We want to use technology and digital displays to make it an engaging place for temporary exhibitions during school and summer holidays.
• Finding Lost History: Your membership funds the research needed to track down “lost” treasures. A perfect example is our recently discovered 1969 Wembley photo set. These images have never been seen before by Town fans and include exclusive shots of Don Rogers scoring the decisive third goal against Arsenal.

Member Exclusive: We cannot show these 1969 photos online due to rights, but a high-quality printed copy is included as a benefit for all our paid membership tiers.
