The Swindon Town Football Club Museum is hereforth referred to as the “Site”.

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and other materials, is owned by the STFC Museum Trust or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without prior written consent from the STFC Museum Trust.

3. User Accounts

If the Site requires you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Product Sales

4.1 Product Listings and Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate on our Site. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of this information. Prices are subject to change without notice, and errors in product listings may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel any orders based on incorrect pricing or availability information.

4.2 Orders and Acceptance

By placing an order on our Site, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms and the availability of the product. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability issues, payment issues, or errors in the order.

4.3 Payment

Payment must be made at the time of order, or if chosen at checkout, on collection from the Legends Lounge, County Ground. We accept credit cards and debit cards. Your payment will be processed securely through Square. By submitting an order, you authorise us to charge the payment method provided for the total cost of the items, including shipping and taxes (if applicable).

4.4 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the order. We strive to process and ship orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors. Shipping details, including tracking information (if available), will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

4.5 Taxes and Duties

Sales tax, VAT, or other taxes may apply depending on your location. Any applicable taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated during the checkout process.

5. Refunds and Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To start a return, please reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. Send all items you want to return back to us.

Additional Information:

  • Refunds, replacement products, or credits are processed and should be received within 48 hours.
  • Shipping fees are applicable for returns
  • Any lost or damaged return items will be investigated with the courier and suitable refund/replacement issued if applicable.

6. Privacy

7. Limitations of Liability

The STFC Museum Trust is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. You agree to use the Site at your own risk.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience, but the STFC Museum Trust is not responsible for the content or practices of these websites.

9. Termination

The STFC Museum Trust reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at its sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

The STFC Museum Trust may update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
